Bill Miller grew up in Calhoun County and attended Jacksonville High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He then earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. Bill has been practicing law in Anniston for over 20 years. He spent the first few years of practice handling litigation matters. Over the past few years he has been helping families dealing with estate planning, Veteran’s Benefits and the devastating costs of long term care.
He has served on the boards of various local charities and is member of the Kiwanis Club of Anniston. He is a member of National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Alabama State Bar. He is past president of the Calhoun County Bar Association. Bill is also a VA accredited attorney.
